Hardware
An A-Series silicon probe with electrode sites spread along the shank, in a linear or edge layout.
Eighty-six catalog designs — 16 to 256 sites on 1 to 16 shanks, 2 to 12 mm long, in linear and edge layouts, sites usually 177 µm² with a 703 µm² option. Iridium is the standard site material; Z-coat (PEDOT) polymer is available as an option.
