Supplies
Headstages, adapters, cables, optical accessories, reference electrodes, and consumables — the interface and accessory hardware that completes a recording setup.

Interface and accessory hardware, grouped by what it does.
Most Recording Failures Start Here, Not at the Probe
A bad ground, an oxidized connector, or a fouled reference ends more sessions than the probe does — and each is preventable with the right accessory on hand.
Headstages
The front-end amplifier closest to the tissue — SmartLink, SiNAPS, and X-Series families set the noise floor everything downstream inherits.
Adapters & Interface Boards
Probe adapters, electrode interface boards, and PCB adapters that connect probes to headstages and third-party acquisition.
Cables & Connectors
Signal cables and Omnetics, ZIF, and Molex connectors — spares that keep the recording chain intact.
Optical Accessories & Patch Cords
Patch cords, fiber stubs, and mating sleeves that carry light from the source to an implanted fiber or optoelectrode.
Reference & Ground Electrodes
Ag/AgCl reference electrodes and grounding hardware for a stable DC baseline and common-mode noise rejection.
Consumables & Parts
Surgical consumables, cleaning kits, mounting hardware, packaging, and replacement parts — stocked for the full recording workflow.
Caught in Real Time, Not After the Fact
Radiens Allego monitors impedance during acquisition — a bad ground, an oxidized connector, or a fouled site shows up immediately, not in offline analysis.
Supplies FAQ
Common questions about the interface and accessory hardware around a recording.
What supplies do I need to complete a rig?
At minimum a headstage and the adapter/cable path to acquisition, a reference and ground, and the consumables for surgery and cleaning. Optical accessories are added for optogenetics.
Why did headstages and adapters move here?
They are interface hardware between the probe and acquisition, so they now live under Supplies with cables, reference electrodes, and consumables. Standalone instruments stay under Equipment.
Are supplies compatible with third-party acquisition?
Yes — adapters, cables, and connectors are available for Intan, Open Ephys, Plexon, TDT, and Blackrock, not only NeuroNexus acquisition.
Do you list services here?
No — design, integration, and application engineering are under Technical Services. Supplies is stock hardware and consumables only.
