An EIB package is a passive electrode interface board that routes a probe out to Hirose 16/32 connectors, with no active electronics in the assembly.

One catalog build brings 64 channels out on two Hirose 16/32 connectors in UV epoxy. It takes 28 catalog 64-site probes — 1 to 8 shanks, 3 to 15 mm, in all four site layouts.
