Recording Electrodes

Passive recording electrodes across the full portfolio — from small-animal probes to high-density and surface arrays.

Electrical Stimulation Electrodes

Electrodes for intracranial electrical stimulation, including deep-brain-stimulation arrays.

Optical Stimulation Probes

Optoelectrodes combining electrical recording with integrated optical stimulation.

Drug-Delivery Probes

Microfluidic probes for combined recording and localized drug delivery.

Browsing by Modality — FAQ

What modality means here and how devices combine functions.

What does "modality" mean here?

What the device does — record, stimulate electrically or optically, or deliver drugs. A single probe can support several at once.

Can one probe combine modalities?

Yes. Optoelectrodes add optical stimulation to recording; Fusion probes add fluidic drug delivery alongside electrode sites.

Do stimulation electrodes also record?

Many do. Deep-brain-stimulation arrays and optoelectrodes record while stimulating, on the same device.

Where do I compare configurations?

Each collection card opens the webstore filtered to that collection, with channel counts, site geometry, and options.
